There are many stories about Camp Tepee and it's characters!

Normally these stories are best told in person, but... here's some Camp Tepee history to keep you entertained.

A long time ago, before the Green Ghoulie, a man named Oliver Peabody (who happened to be the Green Ghoulie's uncle) worked as a lumberjack. He cut down trees all across Connecticut. One day, he was asked to clear out a forest to make room for a small house and camp site - which he did quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately for Oliver, though, the animals that lived their were quite upset that he ruined their homes. The bears, woodchucks, raccoons, deer, squirrels, birds, chipmunks, skunks, and all of the others got together and chased poor Oliver to get him back for ruining the woods. Oliver ran as fast as he could but could not outrun the chasing animals. As a last resort, he climbed up the tallest tree in the forest to hide. The animals were smart, though, and they grabbed Oliver's very own axe and cut that tree down! Oliver plummeted to the Earth and fell into a giant swamp, where he remained unconscious for 2 whole weeks. When he finally came to, he noticed that his skin was orange and his hair was orange... and that he no longer was a man, but an ogre. Calling himself the Orange Ogre, he still lives in the woods where he tragically met his fate. The Orange Ogre is destined to protect the woods and the nature around him, hoping to save others from his unfortunate fate.
